Ling is a jazz, pop and soul pianist and composers. She is in her mid twenties and has been playing music since she was 13 years old. She began learning classical piano and doing exams until the age of 19.

After finishing high school she attended the Australian Institute of music and delved into jazz, pop and soul music. Later graduating with a Diploma of music and a Bachelor of music, she has performed at venues such as |
The Basement, The Seymore Centre, The Side on Cafe, Bar Broadway and various cafes and restaurants. She is interested in and has played in many styles of music such as jazz fusion, rock and Latin/salsa. Ling also teaches piano.
